Brief Introduction
Before the exhibition starts, we started the preparations for the exhibition. The first is to reserve the location of the exhibition. Whether the location of the exhibition is good or not directly determines the exposure of the company's products. The second is to select samples. Because of the limited location, we chose some popular injection and vulcanized shoe styles. At the same time, we also recorded a video to introduce the products. After arriving at the exhibition site, we arranged the samples in different categories and assigned staff to interpret the product attributes. A warm welcome to the visiting customers and a detailed introduction of the corresponding product properties.
During the exhibition, we mainly focused on showing samples and obtaining customer contact information. During this period, customers mainly inquired about product attributes and fabrics. While developing new customers, we also conducted previous orders with several old customers. Through this, we learned about the advantages and disadvantages of previous products, which provided valuable advice for future product development. The purpose of our participation in the exhibition is to increase customers’ awareness of new products so that customers can understand the products to improve our understanding. Recognition of order requirements, finally, we reached an oral transaction with a number of customers and agreed to discuss specific matters of cooperation by email, and this exhibition was successfully concluded.
As an enterprise in international trade, what we need is a way to communicate with foreigners. There is no doubt that this fair is a great opportunity for us to contact other customers. The amount of information determined how many opportunities we can meet, the quality of our products determined how many opportunities we can grasp. Joining the fair is just the beginning, establishing firm cooperation with potential customers is what we must consider carefully in the future. We believe that hard-working plus care quals success.
